Oral hygiene

Maintaining proper daily oral hygiene is essential to avoiding odontostomatological problems such as tooth decay, halitosis, gingivitis and plaque.

The best prevention is to brush your teeth twice a day (morning and evening) and go to the dentist regularly.

It is also important to avoid eating certain foods that provoke or enhance the formation of dental cavities: sugars, such as glucose or sucrose.

Daily care such as brushing, flossing and mouth wash avoid potential problems later, and are less expensive and painful than treating an infection that has been allowed to develop.
