Physical exercise provides many benefits to our health and prevents heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and obesity.
- Walk or stroll daily.

- Look at housecleaning as a sport.
- Take the stairs more often.
- Play and have fun with your kids.
- Practice sports 50 minutes a day, three times a week.
- There are many opportunities for exercise during the day. Take advantage of them.
