Physical exercise as a part of your life

Physical exercise provides many benefits to our health and prevents heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and obesity.

  • Walk or stroll daily.
  • Ride a bicycle.
  • If you have a dog, take him for long walks.
  • Look at housecleaning as a sport.
  • Take the stairs more often.
  • Play and have fun with your kids.
  • Practice sports 50 minutes a day, three times a week.
  • There are many opportunities for exercise during the day. Take advantage of them.
